Hannah “Lizzie” Kress, DC

Dr. Lizzie is passionate about helping families stay active, healthy, and performing at their best. She grew up in Illinois and completed her undergraduate studies before earning her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.

While at Palmer, Dr. Lizzie received advanced training in Diversified, Thompson, Webster, and Gonstead techniques. She also completed additional coursework in McKenzie Protocol and advanced soft tissue manipulation, equipping her to effectively treat sports-related injuries, movement imbalances, and everyday aches and pains that can sideline patients of all ages.

After graduating in June 2023, Dr. Lizzie and her family moved to the Colorado Springs area, where she began caring for patients at Rock Solid Chiropractic in Falcon. In October 2025, she proudly became the owner of Rock Solid Chiropractic, PLLC, continuing her commitment to serving local families.

Dr. Lizzie is married to her husband, Brad, and together they have two sons. She is passionate about helping families achieve optimal health and is honored to serve the community she now calls home.
